He has to confirme that you were revoked before towing you. But yes, he can pull you over if he knows you and knows that you are revoked. Honestly, the law gives us the power to pull over anyone. And make sure that the drivers have a valid driver's license or a valid registration are two of the reasons to pull over someone.

Yeah I'm pretty sure they can, like if an escaped criminal was out and the cops knew what he looked like they could pull him over and arrest him on eyesight. Failing that, all they have to do is say you were swerving and give that as their reason for pulling you over. The best advice is to not drive on a revoked license.

they sure can! They can and they do! It's legal. They are just doing their job. Which includes making sure people have the proper license and registrations and all sorta of things. No normally they leave people alone unless they want to be pricks or have reason to know other wise (ie: they know you and know you aren't allowed to drive). Now why would you want to drive somewhere where they know you if you're revoked.? Id suggest paying your fines up or doing whatever you need to to get it back. Either that or move somewhere they don't know you. Mine is restricted now and I know that the cop are watching me. So I only go to and from work. I want to go so many other place but I can't cause they know me and know the trouble I'm in. Good Luck!

Yep. A cop can run your plates while driving behind you just to make sure everything is cool with you. They don't always do that, but if they do and find that you have a warrant or revoked license then you're screwed.

Chances are he can drum up another reason for pulling you over....speeding, head/tail light out, not coming to a complete stop at a stop sign, etc, etc. Perhaps driving with a revoked license is NOT SUCH A GOOD IDEA

A cop can pull you over if he don't like the way you got your hair combed. Then once he finds out you driving on revoked he just take out your taillight with his nightstick to cover all bases.

Absolutely. If he knows or even suspects your license is suspended or revoked he has probable cause to believe you are committing a crime and can pull you over.

yes, if he knows you are or suspects you are driving on a suspended liscense absolutely. Cops can question anyone they want, doesnt mean they can arrest anone without cause, this is to ensure the safety of the public
