I have lost a bet and a friend of mine is going to spank my bare *** in a very public place.

What i wasnt to know is, at what point would I be breaking the law? If i wear a thong, am I still committing indecent exposure?

I always drive home from the pub trolleyed on a Friday and know I'll get caught sooner or later.
Is it best to put some cash in my driving licence or leave it on the passenger seat?
Should I plant some of my crystal meth in his car instead?

my 18 year old daughter may be in trouble for check fraud because her father gave her a check when he was drunk and possibly under the influence of marijuana which he smokes on a regular basis and now he claims that he didnt give her the check to begin with.this is the same man who has given her numerous checks before.this particular check was for 950.00 and to top it off he didnt sign the check, but the bank cashed it anyway.so the police have questioned by daughter and have told her that she needs to either make suitable arrangements to her father or she will be prosecuted.i her mother have explained as much as i could to the police officers handling this case and they tell me that if i can get him recorded on tape admitting to giving her the check or at least saying that he doesnt remember giving her the check, then the police will just refer this case to civil court.so does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?if i had more characters then i could go into detail.

This is true>
A women with 2 kids works her butt off to make ends meet. She got herself of of welfare and got rid of bum husband.

She gets a ticket for driving without insurance. Her license is suspended for 90 days. Plus fine.

Man gets a DUI (first, but has 8 total from the past). He has no insurance or drivers license (suspended from DUI more than 5 years ago). He gets license suspended for 90 days plus fine.

The man can get a hardship license after 30 days. The women can't (not even if she gets insurance).

The women has never had a drink in her life or any kind of a criminal record. She can't get a hardship license to drive to work but the drunk can get back on the road after 30 days.

She lost a very good job and had to get back on welfare. I know that she shouldn't of been driving without insurance. That is not the point of my question.

Is it fair to let a drunk back on the road, who is a serious danger. While women is kept off the road just because she is poor?

Let me start of by saying I am a young athletic (played all sports BBall, FBall, Boxing) Pacific Islander male (18) and have just graduated high school, I am leaving for the Air Force October, my Job listing in the Air Force will include Security Forces, unless I shall pass the training to be a CCT/Pararescue Special Operations. Now that I have got all that out of the way....

My question is... I have always wanted to be a police officer ever since I could remember, my question is will all this, the oppurtunities that I am getting into help open the door for me to become a police officer?

Other questions...
- What are the steps/tests such as IQ tests, PT, etc. and how challenging are they?
- Will it require a college degree (While in the Air Force I plan on getting a degree in something with college benefits any way)
-Will traffic Tickets be an issue? (I have about 4 traffic tickets)
-Age, What is the minimum age requirement?
- Family-- Will I have time for them?
-Pay?

How long does it take for a claim to actually get to the point of me getting my money back or the person getting in trouble if he did not send me the item I paid for? Let's say I make the claim tommorow, how long will it take for them to get my money back?

Anybody know or have similar experience with this?

of my window in my house whenever she comes over ? Like she will do it around any FRONT facing window . . even the BIG living room window . .with an excuse like . . .well I was here so I just thought I'd get dressed here.

Is she just power struggling ANY way she can and it has nothing to do with sexuality . . it's just the most antagonistic thing she can think of to cut straight to embarrassing me ?

I think I'm gonna ask Dr.Phil. I'm not goin' on the damn show . .but I'm gonna ask him . .

I correct her and she actually acts like I'M crazy . . .'cause "Oh who's gonna look?" I just want to kill her . . . I use this as an expression.

exactly what) with their curtains open or otherwise in their house (or maybe in their backyard) that they are doing something illegal . . if they can be seen (I guess seen w/o trying to hard)?

I ask 'cause my mom used to purposely get dressed in front of a fron bedroom window with the blinds pulled all the way up! At MY house. I used to come running in . . and Go WTF and quickly shut the blinds. She'd say this is your house . . .you can do anything you want in it . . and no one can see in anyway . .and no one is looking . .like anyone is gonna stop and look. I hated her for this . . .because it's just crazy . . .and I told her that I just hope to God that anyone who sees her can tell that it is her and not me.

She also used to tell me out of the Blue . .that . . it's your backyard . . and anything you want to do in it . . you can . .becuase it is YOUR backyard. I don't even know what she was getting at or trying to encourage with that.

7yrs ago my brother's wife accused him of attempted murder yet he was being threatened by her meth head airean brotherhood boyfriends and fled the country for his safety before knowing he was being charged with attempted murder. Now how do we know if the charges were dropped and how can he come back to the US? We're thinking the charges are dropped because I've checked that counties websites for wanted suspects & he isn't listed. My bet is the police figured out the drama was on the part of the meth heads in the foothills who threaten and scare the locals.

I can't quite figure out what I did wrong, perhaps nothing & all is worthless thieves covering their theft.I have been being tourtred in Kalamazoo,MI w/personal info in psycologically abusive ways since I can remember. Was it the comm major instead of Psyc. for the pre-law cirric. or was it the Highschool classmate who hates me that went into psyc. in college. Is it the nature of A_ _ H_ _ _ _ in a college town who need info & prey upon the made vulnerable or was it the way I was raised & protestant competition.Perhaps it was all the threats I recieved allong the way or maybe I left my hometown & went someplace else...What ever it was(is)it is being inflicted,it's outcome predictable.I call it due to the disableing pain(catastrophic)no less than tourtre.I will not(probably)read your abusive answers.I have no need to be abused&never have. You have helped w/less than nothing.I have been behav.modified to stop, less than a dog would be treated when trained, nothing new in Kalamazoo,MI...woof...

his public defender is saying that he most likely get 9-16 months and he has already served 6 and has yet to be arraigned. he has no prior record and the robbery was unarmed. he supposedly got away with 7 grand. i was just wondering how realistic is it for him to get 9-16 months considering this crime? it seems like too much of a lenient sentence for a crime like this. please answer if u have knowledge of this or your opinions are welcome..

First off, no I'm not racist. But I was watching Wildest Police Videos and saw a group of Black cops beating a white guy with fists, feet, and baton. How come black guys get national media attention when this happens to them but when a white guy gets mauled by a group of black cops it's a joke? Just an observation.

My niece and nephew say their mother emotionally abuses them. She also keeps them in their house and has them do chores from 7 a.m till bed which is priority over school work during school. She moves them and hides them from us (Dad's amily). Their Dad is no longer a part of their lives' so I am lost on what I can do to help them. Next school year they begin homeschooling; my niece starts high school next year. They are both against it but fear saying that to their Mom in fear of punishment. They both want to live with me or their grandmother but we are at loss of what we can do according to California law. They also say their Mother does drugs but I have no physical proof of anything. Help please
My niece is cutting on herself and is depressed, my nephew has ADHD which she refuses to treat
They are 12 and 14
