How long does it take for a claim to actually get to the point of me getting my money back or the person getting in trouble if he did not send me the item I paid for? Let's say I make the claim tommorow, how long will it take for them to get my money back?
Anybody know or have similar experience with this?

It was a live auction, and I paid with money order not paypal.

It depends on the auction format. Was it a live auction? A blind auction? Or was it an Ebay auction? The different formats take different times for claims. If it's an Ebay auction, I would recommend filing with Paypal, unless you didn't pay with that. If I'm correct, you get back more money with Paypal rather than Ebay, who only pays back a percentage. Good luck and remember to read feedbacks! Never buy from someone who has less than 99% positive feedback!
