Not in the United States. Federal Law prohibits a person convicted of a felony, or a misdemeanor involving the crime of Domestic Violence from possessing a firearm, so you can not be a Police Officer.
(Title 18 united States Code, Part 1, Chapter 44, Section 922 g)

No, you can't be a police officer with a felony because it's against the law for a felon to be in possession of a firearm. If that were the case, every felon in the world would be trying to get a job like that just so they could get a gun permit.

Though it is doubtful, it really depends on the felony and how long ago it was. Don't let Charice266 fool you and she's ridiculous to think that of mall security.Security holds to much of the same standards for background checks as law enforcement does. Most security officers are ex police, police moonlighting, ex military, or young folks padding their resume. I've done it all but the military. And working security pays just as much as many police departments and is usually depending on assignment, less risky.

Nope, you screwed up. Why don't you learn basic English skills and become a mall security officer? That's as close to an police officer as you will get with a felony on your adult record.

I would contact the local or state police where you wish to live and work. I know you can work for the federal government so long as you tell them up front (like border patrol), you might be deemed unsuitable for an enforcement type activity should your conviction be for something of that nature. None of us are perfect, check with the agency you want to work with

Depends on the felony. I'm pretty sure there are some exceptions. But if it involved drugs then no, you're screwed. I'm assuming your in college/planning on going to college, so talk to some of your teachers and see what they think.
