Is it even worth the time to fight it or will it just make things difficult and do nothing???

I blew a .11, the legal limit is .08, it was recently changed from .10.
Pulled over for speeding, the cop was following me for over a mile. I don't think he had a reason to give me a test, not swerving or signs of being impared. It's a 4th degree DWI...

A family friend of mine is going to court for killing his neighbor's dog. That dog, (a pit bull), has been a danger to the neighborhood for a long time. The owner's neighbor's, including my friend, and the city, have all told the owner a number of times to keep the dog restrained or to get rid of it, but they refused. A little while ago, the dog got out and badly mauled my friend's 7 year old daughter. Later that day, he walked into the owner's front yard and shot the dog a number of times, killing it. Nobody has told me what specific charges he is facing. What could he be charged with, and what possible sentence could he recieve?

Don't get me wrong, I love Yahoo!. But they refuse to remove the categories listed below from their Yahoo Member Directory. I have reported the categories to Yahoo!, but they refuse to remove them.
In these categories, there are thousands of members who have listed on their profiles their "interests" or "hobbies" to being "viewing child/teen porn".
Podofilia
http://br.members.yahoo.com/interests/po...
Jump Little Children
Strangers With Candy
Cherry Poppin' Daddies
Cream Pies
Ol' Dirty Bastard
Trick Daddy
Picture_Trading
PonyBoys_and_Girls
No_Limit
Innosense
Kinki_Kids
Student Bodies
Older Men for Younger Women
Jerky Boys
Never Been Kissed
Girls@Play
Erotic Cartoons
Swing Kids

And these are not all. There are many more, only I can't list them all here.

For those who will say, "It is a free country";
I always feel they must like child porn, and they are trying to protect these perverts.
But child porn is not a "freedom".
CHILD PORN IS ILLEGAL!

I was 13 when I got introuble, I haven't been in trouble since, or before that, when I turn 18 will it be expunged? I heard that felonies stay forever but then I've heard everythings erased when you're 18.

I believe they should if the accused can be proven guilty without a doubt such as with DNA evidence.

the question i am asking is all about your own opinion, doesnt matter if people agree with your opinion or not its your opinion, and your entitled to have it,im not looking no goverment lecture on the risk of smoking pot, cause as far as i can see lifes one big risk, and cigarettes remain legal, even low more people r killed and die because of these things every year and drink kills more people and destroys more lifes than pot every will, the goverment know the the truth about weed but still they carry on with there campaign of lies, god made grass man made booze who do u trust?free the weed legalize, this is just my opinion,it may not be yours and u r entitled to your opinion, but just cause u may not agree doesnt make u right and someone else wrong, thats the beauty of an opinion we r all entitled to have one.peace.xxx

I'm speaking of the men that were working on bombing the Sears Tower in Chicago. These people are Americans! I think anyone aiding the terrorists or trying to follow in their footsteps should have their American citizenship revoked, their passports confiscated and drop them right in the middle of all that crap that's going on in Iraq. Our service men and women are dying to keep that fight over there and we have idiots here that are carrying on their work for them? What a crock!

Our laws will protect these traitors and we get to pay for it!

What do you think should happen to people like this?

I have been for years throwing away garabage at the local parks dumpsters. at least 15 other family's do. I have even had cops stop and help me unload my car. Tonight a new cop stoped me and said I had to remove it and take it back home and pay my bill.. I told him I pay my 70 a month.. I rent larger can's because of the size of my family but unless I was a dumpster in my front yard from now on at $250 a month, I'm at a loss.. I thought I had the right to use the ones at the parks Coumminity Building and maybe city hall , my taxes do pay for them and the night before pick up day if they arn't full why cant I fill them and they get picked up at 6 am the next day.. wheres the wrong being done

It was 3am in the morning and I farted! It was enormous. It would have killed me if I held it in. It kept happening all night long. It was so loud that my neighbors heard it and they called the cops on me. The cops arrested me for disturbing the peace. I can only afford a legal aid. Am I f*cked? What do I do?

I love what the highway patrol does but I also love what the street racers do. I love speed the only place I can truly legally street race on open publice highways is Germany. But lets just say I do it in america even though I have never driven a car on the highway i'm only 15. Lets just say I got arrested for racing I guess I would get chrged for reckless driving and speeding how long would I be in jail for. And no won was in danger because it's like 3 am and only a few trucks on the road but don't even scare the driver. I know you have to admit to any crimes you commited so if I say I got multiple speeding tickets and like 1 or 2 reckless driving charges but werent so big could I still be a highway patrol officer. LOL i'm probably the only person who likes street racing and police.
