yeah, i worked at a really old movie theater once, where i was in a box by myself selling tickets. I manupulated the system in order to steal money and have noone know about it. I tried it and it worked. So I stole more and more money every day, until i had to cap it at 80-to 100 dollars every 4 hour shift to not make it exceed out customers that day
this went on for 5 months from september 2000 until febuary 2001.
At this time, LOEWS corporate had to shut down a number of theaters becasue they went making enough money. .
At the last day, i learned that another guy that worked there with me was doing the same thing everytime he was alone in the box, selling tickets but he did not get cought.
the final time i did it, i screwed up and was 50 dollars short in the register, so i got written up by the manager to go in my employee file .( But the theater was closing in 2 days so it did not matter)
I was offered a chance to go back to the box and look for the money and the assistant manager offered to help me, so I said yes (so as not to go in, and come back out with the 50 dollars and look gouilty), we looked all over, but found nothing (even though I put it in my shoe about 20 minutes earlier so if i got frosked, they wouldnt find a big wad of bills )
I felt bad that I may have been partially responsible for shutting the palce down, as I loved that job and the friends i had there. But I was always paranoid from the time i started it till the time they closed down. so in the end was it worth it....nahh not really

The only real crime in this whole Universe is Hurting people.
Guess the cops thought they were real Heros when they beat up Rodney King huh? Truth is most cops today are crooks and cowards. How many Italian Mobsters do you think they arrest daily? 0, none, ziltch. They would rather turn their head to whats really going on, and save their own @ss, then to do their job The John Wayne way. It ain't just savilians that are out of line.

no, but my neighbor dwnstairs has, plenty of times. He has robbed me twice, worth about 1200 bucks in tools with out counting the mail and ebay packages he has kept. Also he has had two DUI's that I am aware of but still has his license and has not served time. Also he smokes pot and I can smell it all over the stairway.
But his brother is a policeman, so that's an advantage. Even when his brother is around and starts screaming "I am tired of your sh#t and next time I am not saving your @ss" he still gets away with it.

I nonetheless think of Michael Vick ought to nonetheless be in detention center for what he did torturing canines the way he did. He electrocuted them, drowned them, threw youthful weaker ones into the ring for the meaner ones to consume. he's an animal. confident he did serve time, yet no longer adequate & never extremely confirmed remorseful approximately. In my city the spouse of an retired expert soccer participant did powerful & run and killed a guy-he bled to dying interior the trench and could have lived if EMT could have reached him on time. She then tried to conceal it up & didnt come forward for 4 days till she replaced into sober. She has been sentenced yet her time would be very short & she never has shown remorseful approximately-she nonetheless claims she thinks it replaced right into a site visitors cone. maximum human beings can tell the version between a 10lb cone & a 200lb guy

I don't believe there is such a thing as, getting away with a crime.
There is always the guilt-factor. Which never feels good.
I don't know about you, but I like to feel good about myself.
And the stress-level as a criminal would kill me.
