I was 13 when I got introuble, I haven't been in trouble since, or before that, when I turn 18 will it be expunged? I heard that felonies stay forever but then I've heard everythings erased when you're 18.

Depending of the felony depends on if it's still on record. Unless you killed somebody it will be sealed in your juvenile record. Since it was on your juvenile record it should be sealed and the only way it will be seen is when you get a Federal background check. Your record is never erased it is just locked up. Once you turn 18 you have a clean start on life so don't mess it up. No one can see it unless it requires a federal check like on getting a gun. Other then that it will be sealed.

Juvenile convictions remain on your record but most employers, judges and the military give those convictions less weight when considering your case. Although you may be freed from a youth center when you turn 18, the fact that you killed your parents, will still show up on your background check.

When you turn 18, your juvie file will be sealed up and you will get a fresh start. If you do something horrific, it can be unsealed by an order from a judge, but it is unlikely. Just stay clean and out of trouble. Good Luck!!!!!

They will always be on your record but when you turn 18 they can,t be used against you as an adult. No one should be able to access them except law enforcment either

Juvenile offenses can be expunged, but you have to go through the process of doing so. they just won't disappear on their own. It may be a good idea for you to look into the process of doing so.

If that's a criminal, it could have been a enormously severe fee. Trafficking, reason to sale, reason to manufacter. perhaps it replaced into LSD or Ecstasy. i'm enormously particular that it follows you for existence. . . .
