Let me set a stage.
A man and a woman meet at a bar. They hit it off and go to her place. They have sex then the next day he tells her it was just one night stand and walks out. She is mad and calls the cops . Tell the cops his name and tells them she was raped. He could get the death penalty. All she has to do is lie.

This has happened and some women state they were raped and put man in jail just because she wanted the attention. She never meet the man He was just in the wrong place.

Back in the old south many a white girl knock up by her boyfriend clamed that a black man raped her got that young black hanged.

So women lie about rape even if it will get a man they know or have never meet killed. I think it would be a bad thing if that would come to pass.

That would depend on if the rape victim was murdered. It's a horrible crime, but it is also too easy to manipulate the facts and actual happenings. If your 19 yr old son was told by a 16 yr girl that she was 18, then gets caught and cries rape, should the boy die? This makes it especially hard for victims of actual brutal rapes.

sure this is Biblical. The lack of existence penalty became favourite as a human judicial regulation by the God Yahweh Himself and is genuinely one of His Mosaic guidelines which a lot of those guidelines were judicial guidelines for a rustic to run this is authorities by. this is purpose became to both get rid of the regulation breaking man or woman from society and scare something else of the persons into controlling their movements in the different case a similar would ensue to them. Yahweh Himself is being quoted contained in the Bible speaking and practise this lack of existence penalty regulation to Moses after the Israelites exodus from being slaves of Egypt. The lack of existence penalty became and nevertheless is considered a justified killing of a convicted criminal and not in any respect an act of homicide contained in the eyes of our God.

Rapists who beat or torture their victims should get the death penalty. Other rapists (such as date rape or drug rape) should be castrated.
