I have a warrant due to my lawyer not showing up to my dui court for me and currently in the process of taking care of this matter but I immediately need to change my name on my s.s card for DMV purposes. I went to the DMV and there were no records of my warrant and did not get arrested there but will they arrest me at the social security office for a warrant? I've heard stuff about people getting arrested at the passport administration office for warrants but how about the social security office? dang im so scared.. please provide me with some good answers people... thanks

for possible malicious pursual for prosecution. Who do I make my complaint to about the unethical behavior of an Agent for Internal Affairs of the Department of Homeland Security. I suggest that the Agency has targeted me and pursued me by feeding the local prosecutors information that otherwise would have been moot. Due to my prior EEO complaint and the fact that I am a woman, made me their target. Who do I lodge a complaint to and what would you think would be my bestg wording of the complaint. PLEASE....no dumb-*** answers...I am a single parent with three kids to feed and I need good advice from someone intelligent! I recently started dating this guy. He told me that he was a police officier but was terminated after 6 months of work. Should I be concerned. Seems like he couldn't get re-hired full time for any other department. He was working for a relatively small police station. I just don't know if its unusual to be fired from the police department?

my question on tuesday i got pull of by the police . the police had his gun out but he did not aim it at me. he ask for my licence, i gave it to him and i ask him what was the problem. he said someone at burger king pull a gun and the suspect had the same type car that i had. to make a story short . they search my car and me. they got my name and address. my question is did the police have right to search me and my car?

I parked in a space that was designated as handicap but the place of business was closed. I parked there at 1030 at night and the store was not going to open until noon the next day. I was going to a night club and of course my car was gone by 0200 that morning. I would have never parked there if the store was opened. I think this is a sorry way for the city of dallas to make money. Should I fight paying this ticket?

i do.i think as long as a marshal law government isn't in the picture, their should be an Army branch or Marine that just deals with gangs like the crips and blood and any other what do you think. and i give it like 3 days with full lock and load and there wouldn't be any gang in the US.
