I am due in court in 5 weeks. I have spoken to a solicitor and I have been told there is not much I can do to prevent this charge going through. I have a 6 week old baby and I stopped on the motorway as she was crying. I am a first time single mum and unfortunately after a while of my baby crying I start producing breast milk automatically. I did plan extra rest stops on out journey and I thought she was ok as I had stopped the previous hour. I tried singing to her, playing some music to her but nothing helped. It got a bit distressing and the services were not far (I recall they were around 10 miles away). I know it is not right to stop on the motorway but it was really stressing me out. I know some babies can get very upset and hold their breath when they are crying. My baby’s face had gone bright red and I guess out of fear for that really I decided to stop even though I know the hard shoulder is meant for an emergency. (Q continues in details…

always start saying "yes sir", "no sir" when they don't normally use that in real life? In real life they'd be saying "yeah", "uh huh", "sure", "whatever".
I see this on those reality cop shows all the time. Do they think they won't get a ticket or be arrested if they keep saying "sir"? It's ridiculous.

I just saw something on TV that people being executed by electric chair HAVE to wear a mask .. is that so that the guards don't have to face dying people or what?

I am a martial artist and I was wondering under what situations and conditions I would be able to use deadly force. I understand that my life must be in danger but I want to know pacifically. If a lawyer, cop or someone with some knowledge can help me out that would be great.

I read of a recent case in which a red light camera photographed a car and their defence was that they were letting an ambulance through. They were still fined and had points on their license despite proof.

Today I saw a police car continue to sound it's horn until three cars moved through a red light and onto a yellow box to let it past. The first car really didn't want to go, and when it did a bus had to avoid it.

I usually pull over to let sirens pass, but I draw the line at getting a fine and points for doing it, and I certainly don't want to put myself in danger. Legally, do I have to pull over and can I refuse to drive through a red light even if a marked police car is telling me to do it.

It creeps me out to no end that people like Scott Petersen, Richard Ramirez, Ted Bundy and the Mendenez brothers have had women who send them letters and want to marry them. What the hell is going on with these women?
