my hubby got lockedup for voilation of probation for not reporting for 2 months. his fines and all are paid off and he's suppose to get off in december . Do you think a judge will make him stay in jail till dec?

Depends. Not reporting does violate the probation. But if it was deferred adjudication, he could serve the entire original sentence. You failed to state wheteher he was on felomy probation or misdemeanor. Moreover, violating ones probation one time generally results in another chance, but not necessarily. I will tell you this, however. A man or woman who violates a simple probation like this one has a rebellious streak in them. This behavior results in future trouble over 90% of the time. Get ready for more legal problems in the future.
