That guy should be arrested and tried right away . Would you please send the name of that girl and the guy ASAP so I can report them both to authorities? Disgusting. In my opinion all the Child Porn bastards should be banned and imprisoned . They exploit the minds and sexual desires of people for their benefits whether sexual or Financial.

I will add this today after reading all comments: The important matter is that a wrongdoing has occurred and you as a witness better report this ASAP

I'm no lawyer so I have no idea what the corresponding charges are. But I have to be a little harsh when I say your friend was UNBELIEVABLY STUPID to give someone naked pics of herself. And the fact that she was the one WHO GAVE the pictures, that could be used against her in a lawsuit (again, I am no lawyer, but i think its pretty possible). I mean, the guy could just say that she gave him the pics willingly and everyone knows that thats not a crime. You should get a good lawyer, and ask him/her that question.

Since she is under age, I beleive her parents would have to be the ones to press charges...(not 100% sure). She should call a lawyer and ask, most have a free initial consultation. I'm not sure what could happen to him...but Ihope she learned something from all this!

Unless Im mistaken, cause it depends on your state, but she is also guilty of trafficing child porn as well. She sent the original set of photos. Just because they were of herself doesn't mean shes excempt from the law. Both could face charges. His would be more serious but .....?

Instead of talking to people on here.. you and your friend should be talking to her parents. Then you should all go to the police and let them do their job. After that I hope she gets some counseling of some sort because she is obviously acting in a self deprivating way and she needs help not vengeance.

Good luck to you and your friend. Please be careful on line.

Well this is a VERY VERY sticky issue. Sure he's guilty for having it and trafficing child porn. She is also guilty of making, and trafficing child porn. While your trying to get him busted. She could also be arrested as well.

if she reports him, he should get arrested, but if he get a lawyer with a pulse he will never get convicted and he could even make the argument that she was trying to set him up all along since she took the pictures her self and then sent them on her own.

It might backfire on her.
