Simple. He has the power of the pen to pardon himself and has diplomatic powers in almost all country's.

In case you people haven't noticed there have been breaches of the constitution left and right.
Just because congress o.k's it does not make it legal. It simply means that they aren't going to charge anyone with anything.
Also, we the people do not vote on the mass majority of all the bills put into place. Such as the patriot act. Our congress men did. Which means our congressmen voted on something that was illegal. Period.
The patriot act could of been close to legal if they would of adhered to the 90 days rule.
In case you haven't noticed, we haven't caught the terrorists.
Besides, what am I saying. The government lied a lot about 9/11. You people have way to much faith in our government.
Incase you didn't know, The first step a country takes towards a dictatorship is disarming the citizens (which started happening a while ago here in America.)
Next is to give the people a common enemy that scares them...Sounds a lot like terrorists! They scare them into enacting laws that are wrong and illegal...(patriot act). Illegal at least by our constitutional standards.

Because he has not done any war crimes, he and Congress agreed to an invasion to free the Iraq people, ( we have done this)
And he has not violated the constitution ( and you are not arrested for that but sued even if he had)
You need to stop listening to the lies, if he had really did the things that the liberal press says he does, he would have been arrested or impeached, but he did not and that is why they talk and talk and lie and lie and pay bloggers to lie, but in the end, causing people to distrust him is all they can do.

Congress does this job but first you must have a reason to do so.
The democrats main squeeze Bill "the whoremonger" Clinton is the only president scummy enough to be impeached. Just a democratic piece of garbage.

Congress, is in charge of impeaching him, not apt to happen with the repuke's in charge, the world court could bring charges against him for his crimes but I doubt if they will as the U. S. is to powerful. But he should have to go and defend his decision and its resulting atrocity's in Hague.
