Well, if you truly could get away with it would you do it? That certainly pertains to the mentality and consciousness of the person. Not only is it a foul act...You would be breaking laws.
1. Indecent exposure.
2. Property damage/Vandalism
3. Littering (fine)
4. If the dogs can't get away with it, why would you?
But, that only pertains to, say, the sidewalk...A public restroom, however, is a public area where that would be tolerated.

If you are defecating in a public bathroom, that's not illegal. However, if you do it in a public park or a mall, it is not only illegal, but also disgusting. In fact, you might be carted away to the local mental hospital!

It is, but that doesn't stop the homeless people in San Francisco from doing it. I was on the phone yesterday with someone, and as she was walking down the sidewalk, she had to step over human poo. Twice. There were cups of piss, too.
SF is a nasty place.

Yes it is. Funny part about it. If your arrested for it. Depends on your state.Congrats you now have to register as a sex offender. Any public display of genitals is a sex related crime in most states.
