I was arrested for possession a week and a half ago, and today I found the roach I was arrest for in my car (that was all they found.) Can I get out of this charge since they have no evidence or am I still screwed?

I am 19 and am in a country where you only have to be 18 to buy alcohol. If I purchase a bottle of liquor in the duty free at the airport here, is it illegal for me to carry it with me when I come back into the US? If I am searched at customs or security, can they ask my age regarding the alcohol?

My neighbor purposely put up windchimes to annoy us and it's working. I took them down and laid them on the ground, asked her not to put them there, but she does anyway. She called the cops on my because I took them down. Is there any legal action that can be taken to have her remove them? It's causing civil unrest in my household.

I have a friend who is apparently the main suspect in the disappearance of a girl. at the same time his apartment lease is up and he was planning on moving out of state. i dont know if the police have told him he can't move but he has not been charged with anything yet, just brought in for lots of questioning. i was told by the police that if i help him financially to move out of state and then he is charged with her disappearance after he moves, that i can get charged with aiding and abetting... is this true?

The American Republic is a tried and proven form of government with a track record of successes. We are the envy of every other nation on the planet. The reverse is true for a democracy which is fraught with hardship and failure over hundreds of years trying. This Republic suceeded where other governments have failed throughout history. We succeed because we have a series of checks and balances in the way we function in all facets of our society. We are a success story because our country is divided into 50 separate states, and then many fold counties within those states, and then many cities and township within those counties,....each with their own rules of operation. All are guided by Constitutional law set up by our Founding Forefathers. No such system is evident for the new Iraqi government - proposed or already on the table. Our extensive system of tried and true checks and balances with their separate and distinct JURISDICTIONS is what makes this nation the envy of the world

I'm not from a super big city but i'm from CA. and there's gangs everywhere. I hear in the news about shootings, killings, then i also see alot of grafitti.. and we were even robbed( our gardening tools: blowers, etc) some time ago, even though we live in a good neighborhood. Are we ever going to beat these bad people.. they seem to be running the world now. what's up with this...And more and more young guys, starting in highschool seem to turn into gangsters. GOd, i'm tired of it... why doesn't the police just put them in an island forever.

I am the manager of a facility. My department falls under one department. A co-worker who falls under another department is not under my jurisdiction but she thinks that I ratted her out, and that other people in the office are "out to get her". It is a civil service/union job, so she can't really be touched. However, over the last 3 weeks, myself and other coworkers have had damage to our cars. We know it is her. What possible legal routes can I take?
