What do you think are the worst prepared cities for terrorist attacks?

Probably Paris. The people of France really don't care about safety and the terrorist will kick 'em in the butt one of these days. A big city with no protection is asking for it.

Some states are currently doing preparedness studies in cities.

well i live in minneapolis minnesota, and we already have terrorist attacks

lol no, not from forigners, from the locals.

the north side of minneapolis has already had over 20 murders.. not deaths, murders, this year. and thats just a section of the city. this city is sooooo bad, that the state needed to call in the program 'the gaurdian angels' which helps with violence. its a program used for the most violent cities in need.

so if a terrorist plans to attack, please attack north minneapolis, so you can kill off all this violence. please?

im scared to even drive in that city in fear of being shot up, so come here terrorists, i would appreciate it.

there is often been no longer trouble-free circumstances, and that i do no longer think of it has something to do with devil. human beings have continually been predicting relating to the tip circumstances/end of the international. can no longer relate to the start pains on account that being a guy i don't have a uterus. No city in the US is prepared. Now they want to take away funds from NYC and Washington, DC because there are no "landmarks" there. Lunatics and morons are running the government.
