Arrested for fleeing and eluding police. When handcuff the cuffs cut off circulation to my hands. I complained and the other officer said they could not go any loser. I was put in back of a car for 45 min with no cracked windows during the hot afternoon. While in transport to county jail the officer was doing 80-85 in a 45 were people had been killed at this intersection. Was harrased at the police station by other officers as in "That will teach you not to run from the police" when in fact was only 1/10 of a mile. Not running just went around the curve to a safe spot to pull over. What is the law on fleeing anyway, how far is it?

I was stopped once by a police officer on a traffic violation, he asked if he can look in the trunk, I didn't think it was illegal to have beer in the TRUNK and he said since I was under 21 (20) I cannot have it, so he made me spill it out on the side of the road. I want to know if next time I have some beer in my trunk if I can get in even more trouble for having it there like get arrested or something?

Do you think the people who strongly dislike cops are more often than not people who simply have a criminal history and blame their bad attitude, problems, and behaviour on the Police. Or, do you think most average law abiding citizens who may have had one or two normal traffic tickets hate the Cops too?

Police officers are tasing citizens for small reasons. Here is a video clip of a woman being tasered for nothing more than a traffic stop.

Do you believe sexual predators are better off away from the community placed in jail or prison where they may never recieve help for their problem (and when they get out they may re-offend)? Or do you think it better for them to be placed in a treatment center so they may be cured of their problem?

Judging from previous questions, killing a person in self defense is justifiable, but what if you do it in a ritualistic manner?

What I mean is If a thief robs a victim at knifepoint in a city park, if she manages to get the knife out of his hand using Tai-Bo moves learned watching a Billy Bland DVD after he comes from behind and holds it to her throat demanding that she gives him her underwear, which she does, can the victim then use one of the concrete tables as an altar to sacrifice the offender to pagan gods?

For example, if someone was abused on and off for a period of seven years could they still bring that person that sexually abused them to a court of law or could they have some sort of legal help on their side to bring this crime to justice, or is all hope lost?

I was abused, as I said above, and I am waiting until my eighteenth birthday to do anything because even though my mother knows (it was her boyfriend, after all) I am waiting until I am out of the house to do anything about it because I don't want my grandparents involved in this.

What can I do about this? I am literally at a loss. I have some of his information, like two previous addresses, people he's lived with, DOB, etc. etc. What can I do?
