In the study guild there is a group of sample questions on the Protective Services Profile sections. I 'm having trouble with a few of them such as ..."Taking office supplies home is always stealing"
If a plumber is a sole proprietor of his business I feel it is OK to take a pen home.

Should I answer as a moral question in general or do I answer the questions as intellectual... can I find exceptions.

Well, it wasn't in a bar it was outside in the parking lot. He was cussing out someone for parking too close to his vehicle. Then he hit the guy in the face but the man who got hit had some very mean friends. They were playing horse shoes and upon observing their buddy getting hit they ran over and beat the guy half to death. ( He is still in the hospital) The group is the bikers called the Vigilantes and for the most part they keep to themselves and are nice people. I believe this man brought it on himself and should have been beat. When the police arrived I said "I didn't see anything. Did I do right?

Perverted-Justice.com - Ever been there. I think it's great!!! They have busted so many pedophiles, it's amazing. They smear the wanna be pedo's all over their website, and the conversation that took place during the bust. I think there should be a link to this site on every website around, so it would atleast put a dent in the online pedo's. Sad thing is.. None of them have a stereotype look. Some look like a brother, or a father... now..granted some are strange.. Some have a kids and a wife... and have sent that picture out to the child they are trying to pick up. How sick is that?!
I am signing up to be on their team. Anyone else interested. I mean, dedicated to getting the scum of the earth, off the internet?

Okay to make a long story short, a work van came out of a parking lot hit me knocked me into on coming traffic, took off running. The detectives caught up with him later. So i lost my car, my job, and 2 months later im still suffering from pain in my lower back. I hired a lawyer immediatly jand after going to injury clinic all this time 2 days ago my lawyers dropped my case because the other party didnt have any insurance(i only had min. liability) and they didnt want to do any legal work. So now i'm talking to this guys lawyer myself. He told me to fax everything Monday morning. OKay now my problem is this, My hip or lower back not sure is messed up the 2 months of therapy did nto help, i need a Mri but cant afford it, How much am i entitled as far as pain and suffering. And do you think the lawyer is going to send me a bill even though they didnt do any work? The injury clinic told me not to come back unless i got another lawyer.....Are they going to send me a big bill?

My husband has a court order for temp physical custody of his child. We went to have her served with the papers and to get the child. She refused to give the child to my husband, we had a cop with us for peace keeping. he said that it is up to him if the child is to be removed from the home and go back to court and get an order to remove the child by force. We were then told that even if we do go back to court it will STILL be up to the police if they want to enforce it. Even with the judge saying that the child is to be with my husband. If it is up to the police why did we pay the COURT over $400.00 to file the papers. I would like to know how they can do this and what do we do now? How is this even legal? This child's mother is on drugs and boze. We are worried for her well being.
