Can someone help me out?

a month ago, my friend borrowed my car, and got into a small accident. The man decided to follow my friend to my house since it was on the next block this had happened.
He seemed to be very friendly, admited it was his fault, and said he was i a hurry to drive his wife to the airport she was a flight attendant and didnt want to be late. He said he left his insurance card in his other car..I thought to myself, it happens, accidents do happen, so he gave me his drivers license, i wrote down all the information, he gave me his home telephone number.
So I called him back a few days later, he told me he was on the phone and couldnt talk, i was like oookkk. so i called him back 2 minutes later and asked him for his insurance policy number.
He said that since it was such a small dent, then he would pay me cash.so i went ahead, and got n estimate on the damage, $1,200.
My husband called him 2 weeks ago and left a message and told him the estimate. He never cal

The two GAY men who have just been convicted for abuse to children in foster care will most probalbly only end up serving half of the sentance given which initself is not much compared to other crimes. I just cannot understand how the judicial system somehow seems to not punish these kind of crimes more harshley. Also , how come the social sevices have been so neglectfull in their handling of the situation from start to finish when it was reported that the men took pictures of a child . There should be some action taken there too

Some say it varies from state to state. Some say it's optional - a mere suggestion. Does anyone know? Oklahoma and Missouri interest me the most.

I have been accused by an officer who accused me of pretending to be his "late" nephew, which i was aquitted of and proofed innocent. He has now accused me of stealing and then when he realized he couldnt get me on it, he went balls out basically and interrogated EVERYONE possible, and basically HUMILIATED ME with my girlfriends parents, the school district and my peers. Someone brought up to me, that i could try for harrassment against him, or even sue....i dont believe in all that until i see proof, like from a REAL official website ....REMEMBER i live in Pennsylvania, and it has to be in that state obviously! I also heard that Police with personal bias are restricted from certain things with that person they have it with?
Does anyone know anything about what i asked/ Or can you help me find a website to help me...thank you so much, i appreciate all help, and ASAP....cuz i go to court very soon
