while i was 17 years old... the cop gave me the ticket i went to court and paid off the ticket..and now im 18 yers old is that misdeminor off my record???

Doesn't sound like it was a misdemeanor. There are all sorts of minor violations which do not become part of any criminal / permanent / public records. If all you got was a ticket, then this is probably not something still on your record.

that depends on what kind of citation you got. if it was a juvenile citation then it is on your juvenile record. If you went to regular court it is on your regular record. These are different in different jurisdictions.
Here we can do it either way, call your local court house and ask the clerk.

yep lol it is on your minor record but not on the adult record
