Alot and your lucky they dont take the kid away KIds should be in carseat till atleast age six AND 4ft 9inches tall They do make car seats that goes to 100 pounds

I dont know about a ticket, but a swift kick in the @ss might be in order. Put the kid in a carseat for christ sake. Dont be an idiot..
