Bush maintains that anything he does is legal because he does it. The answer is, who watches the watchers and the authorities? Are all powerful people, or people in power honest, fair, legal, caring, sharing and carefully following the spirit and the intent of the law? Of course not! The point of our Constitution is that no single person, department, faction, division or branch is all powerful because none of them can be trusted to possess all the power. Limited power is the way of the United States. So, it is our obligation as citizens to not allow power grabbing. Stop the grabbers!

There is alot of data that is not proteted and is basicly open for many to get, utilitiy records and the such are able to be found on many public domains and can be found by non government people, thus available for the government legally aslo.

Also all bank transfers over 10000 in cash have to be reported to the government by law,

tax records are available since we have to report them
