depends where you live & what it was that they have banned you for! Have you been through court if you are already banned? If so you should have had legal representation who should be able to advise you on all of your options. You should also have been issued with that information as the ban was placed on you as you are legally entitled to a right of appeal.

Go to the police department and petition them. Be sure and drive and tell them that you drove so they might as well repeal the ban.

Get a hardship license, must be employed and live in a city with poor public transportation. A good lawyer should be able to help you with this.

erm! how do we put it!

You BROKE THE LAW... deal with it...

Next time think... if its speeding... it could be a child you kill!

Drinking... it could be a child you kill!

Reckless driving... it could be a child you kill!

if it's parking related... stop parking illegally!

simple really isn't it?

Ask yourself a question... you may only get a ban, £4000 fine and two years manslaughter for killing a child with your car!unjust it should be life!... with the law changing soon, you may just get life...

i suggest you read into this before getting back behind a wheel!
