Florida has the worst I have ever seen.
I live in Central Florida. Driving through Miami is terrifying, death defying, and gut wrenching.
All these other people are making great cases against their own states- but the fact is, a lot of them come here to FL- so we get all the idiots plus the ones we already had.
Florida wins. Light turns green, you better sit still because at least six cars are running the red.
Speed limit 70- People are going 90.
Yield? No one knows what that means.
Pedestrian? Latin for "moving target".
Parking lots- good God, people drive at least 35-40. Do not let small children or old people walk unattended in our parking lots.

Tennesee drives are definitely very bad. I have almost been hit so many times because people didn't stop at a stop sign or pulled onto a street without looking. Too many people talking on their cell phones while driving!! I remember the week after I got my drivers license, I witnessed a REALLY bad wreck. At an intersection, one direction had a turn signal, and the turn signal turned yellow as a car was turning left. A woman perpendicular to the direction with the turn signal was paying no attention to her red light and ploughed into the car that was turning left.
I was in Georgia on the interstate one time when someone tried to get into my lane while they were right next to me. That was pretty scary.

There are bad drivers everywhere. I'm from Ga. and I can tell you that a lot of people don't pay enough attention to the road and people around them because they keep a cell phone in their ears! It's rare but I've had a few shoot me birds while they were the ones driving like fools!

I live in Colorado and I have seen some pretty bad drivers but I also lived in South Dakota and it was bad there also. I would say every state has some bad drivers. My husband has been to NY and their driving totally sucks because they drive bad but also have very bad attitudes. Someone cut off a person he knows and the other driver waved a gun at him.

I'm sorry, but did the person from New Jersey just say that some other state has the worst drivers? I guess the chemical fumes have totally warped that person's perception! A real case of the pot calling the kettle.... Sheesh!

I live in Texas and I see horrible drivers every day I am out, I do pick ups and deliveries for a manufacturing company so I am out quite a bit. I see people who are just totally idiots and it causes me to get a episode of "I.E.D." thats a new disorder I heard about called Intermittent Explosive Disorder... I don't drive crazy or try to run someone off the road or anything but I have wanted to follow them and when they stop tell them what kind of idiots they are and write them a ticket. My dad was killed by someone who tried to make it through a yellow light, but it had turned red by the time he was racing through the intersection, my dad died enroute to the hospital from massive head,chest and body injuries. So i do really get mad (I.E.D.) when someone runs a yellow or RED light.

Actually I recently read in article in the newspaper and the number one place of where most road rage incidents occur happen to be in Miami.;
I am from Maryland and we have a lot of ignorant drivers in Baltimore city but also really courteous highway drivers.
