My ex-husband, whom I havent seen in close to seven years, owes me almost $30,000 in back child support and no one can seem to find him. He used to live in Kansas, but has bounced around for years. I moved from Kansas to Colorado years ago, but did try to stay in contact, however that became impossible after he was incarcerated. My daughter has since been adopted so the state of Kansas no longer considers it a priority to collect on the back pay that I am legally entitled to up until the day she was adopted. Basically they told me that I have to locate where he lives and his place of employment on my own and once I do, let them know. To be blunt Kansas never really pursued it much before she was adopted either.That's how come he owes me so much money in the first place.

I am fifteen and i have this guy sending me pictures of little girls ages 6 yrs and up naked. I have told the cops and made copies of the pictures to give to him and everything and he takes them and says he has contacted the FBI, but nothing has happened yet and its been over two months. What am I supposed to do now? Am i supposed to just sit and wait until he catches another little girl?

I'm having a dispute with a gal who I owed money to. I payed her off and now she is filing false accusatory allegations against me and has even put a restraining order on me. She has filed a breach of peace charge and the restrainign order because I "supposedly" threatened her and her family. I did no such thing. How do I get out of this mess????

Why is it the the police won't do anything when a sexual abuse victim finally speak up and it's been several years that it happen? Why don't they get punished? The victim was still abuse what is it that they want? Do they want to find the attacker still abusing the victim to do something? Is that the prove they need?

My parents purchased a boat over a year ago, they still have not delivered it. A few days ago they called and told parents to send $10,000 more for final assembly and delivery, and now they are saying its not ready again. Anyone know where we can report this? We have a feeling this business is simply taking orders without producing any products. Thanks in advance.

this lady emailed me about a rocking chair i was selling in the paper for 40 bucks and she emails me and said she'll give me 2500 for it, well it arrived this morning, and im kind of scared of some guys coming to collect, the money order is real. but the purchasers name and address is from the states but it was sent from some other country. has this happend to anyone? im going to the bank and the police about it tomorrow, but what if it turns out to be okay? she said i should send the rest of the money to her agent and he will come to canada to pick up the rocking chair. it was sent to our old address, we moved and had our mail forwarded so they dont know our new address. thanks for

A man on the road teases a women who walks by,, and when her husband askes,the man argues with him.... & then the husband's friend slappes the man twice.. at this the man faints.
but nothing serious happens to him.
but is there a possibility that the friend who slapped him cud b charged for it?? or would it only be self defence or any other defence...????

Ok I know if I plead not guilty they recall the day and call the cop if he does not show up I get away but if he does show up can I plead guilty or no contest then. I know I was speeding and I am just trying to get out of it

This question has weighed heavily on my mind since 9/11. Does the speculation on Television or scenes of Terrorism on TV and in movies. (Lethal weapon, die hard, 24, Splinter Cell) Affect real life?

I mean don't the terrorists watch this same stuff, and couldn't it give them ideas on things to do??? (for example attacking a government agency with some sort of chemical agent, like in the show 24)

I was actually tortured by the Washington County Police so I went to my normal Attorney for this. My Attorney will not represent me as he has to keep his relationship with the cops friendly as he needs their cooperation to do his job. Now how do I get news coverage. I tried and no one was interested. Does this torture that I received happen all the time and can anything be done about it. Everyone tells me the cops get away with it all the time but I'm disabled and they injured me severly and put me on two canes. I was on one cane until they tortured me. They cuffed me with special cuffs behind my back. Then they pick me up with my arms reversed. Then they walked me around the jail like a doll on strings and made fun of my physical disability as I am totally disabled.
