This question has weighed heavily on my mind since 9/11. Does the speculation on Television or scenes of Terrorism on TV and in movies. (Lethal weapon, die hard, 24, Splinter Cell) Affect real life?

I mean don't the terrorists watch this same stuff, and couldn't it give them ideas on things to do??? (for example attacking a government agency with some sort of chemical agent, like in the show 24)

Movies in general can affect crime. Video games certainly do. Remember Dungeons and Dragons? There have actually been murders that were imitations of that game. So yes, the media, movies, video games, they do affect real life. That said, I'm going to go play Kingdom Hearts! :)
