There may be an on going investigation that you are not aware of. Please speak to the policeman that you gave the report to and ask for an update. Sometimes what we think is a done deal, is not enough for our courts to hang someone with. I'm glad you had the courage and fortitude to do something about it. Good for you!

Call your local FBI office. But I find it extremely strange that nothing has been done yet as you are still a minor and that law enforcement agencies usually are VERY diligent when it comes to child pornography! Something is not right here!

Thats a tough situation man...real tough, if you are thinking you should take the law into your own hands and go after I'd do some VERY careful deliberation before something like that. He isn't still sending you pictures is he?

is he still sending u pictures?
and investigations sometimes take time..and it is not neccessary that this man will be in custody, this is not a crime in which he is gonna face trials or be in jail, this crime just make them force to have this guy in the police station for 24 hours and some penalty. U must have to report his email add.

first question is: How did this guy get your email address?
Why would this guy just start sending you these pictures, without you asking for them, that is just an invitation for him to be reported to police?
Did the police come and take a statement from you?
Did the police come and confiscate your computer?
Something about your story doesn't seem to ring true.

I am a dispatcher for my county's sheriff's department. Call your local police dept, and specifically talk to a sex crimes officer. Let them know you have already called to make a report, but have not received a response. Good luck...hope they catch the bastard!

Investigations can take time. Your best bet is to call the officer you reported it to and ask for an update.

Call again, ask to go to court. Its unconstitutional for someone to do that for several reasons:
-It attacks your privacy
-Causes emotional turmoil
-And, if the people in the photos do not consent to this kind of thing, (I highly doubt they do) it is sexual abuse.

block the guy if he's on the computer and make sure you report him to the "host company" of his email/chat as well as keep trying to report it to the police.
