Law Enforcement & Police - June 2006

My neighbors throw there trash over in our yard every day.They have knocked windows out of one of our houses with a rock.The law has been called twice and they will not do anything about it.These people think they can get away with everything.They need to be locked up in a padded room.He is so crazy he comes out in his yard shooting guns in all directions.What can be done about it.

if you have then file a complaint against the officer and say he was sexually harrassing you,, it is your right to do this,, i turn officers in all the time for speeding running red lights ect,, just get his number and go down and do it and make sure it gets put in his record,, they have to do it

does anyone know if its possoble to get a convition against a rapist if it happened 5 years ago and if there is no physical evidence? and is there anything that can be done if the police at the time of the asualt were rude to me and unhelpful especialy if i was under 18? cos i think it was partly their fault why i couldnt face having a medical examination etc.

Teenagers were playing on the road in front of my house. I was on the internet. All was quiet just the coqui frogs were making lots of noise. These teenagers were making lots of more loud noise due to playing somewhat soccer on the road & in front of a business area. I couldn't handle anymore especially when their ball went into my property & the 2nd time the ball hit my son's car which the alarm went on. My son went out & they went away. At that time I called the non-emergent to report the incident. A cop came by to talk to me. Told them I just don't want to cause a conflict but I couldn't handle anymore especially when they come to retrieve their ball in my property which is considered trespassing. I felt bad calling the cop but I had to report in case any damage was done. At least this way if I had any damage I could report the damage to my insurance. Sometimes calling the cop relieves the situation. The cop did talk to the teenagers. So far so good!

Okay, I filed a pending case, on my wife (long separated), at the PD (where she works as a typist...lol).....She took a closed accountcheck from Bank A and Forged my name onto it , scratched out her name on the imprint and put my dl # on it. Then she puts her name in the Pay to the order section & write in the memo section " separate household expenses". Writes the Amnt of $750. She takes it to Bank B and Deposits the Forged /Bad Check and Cashes out only $100 due to Bank B putting a 5 day hold on the remaining amount. I believe when I was there filing the report, she was told about the incident because it took me an hour to complete an affadavit. Which I have been told it only takes 15 min to do. So how long does it usually take to get someone prosecuted usually? And do you think she will be fired for this?

I have traffic school on the 7-5-06. it cost me olny $15.00.
When i got pulled over i was doin 21mph over, No seat belt, and no inshurance (because it wasnt evin my car). It was late at night and i did not notice the lights for about 2 miles, i did not hear anything because of the musik. Since i was tired after the party, i was all over the road. Total coast, Just $15.00, Am i lucky or what.
I shuld be more carefull, but... whats the worst that could happen.

I am applying for a position at a discount brokerage firm that deals with stocks and bonds. The job requires high security clearances. I am wondering if my juvenile records will show up if I apply for the position and they do a FBI criminal background check on my history.
I have gone to the courthouse and have all of my records sealed. I have not engaged in any criminal activity ever since I have turn 18; which is about 5 years ago. Not a bad person, just a wild one.
