As long as any parties involved are of legal age, it is not illegal to take them or have them developed. You may encounter a problem with a developer who does not want that kind of business, you would better off going to a photo shop rather than a drugstore or walmart. Also they are more likely to develop your film if it does not contain penetration.

Well you can't develop them at wal-mart or heb....it's not illegal....unless there are little kids in the picture...but they will throw them away and give the negatives back to you....maybe find a photographer that has a dark room and see if they will do it, tell them it's artistic....or buy one of those cameras that the pic comes out right after you take it and then it has to sit for aminute for the pic to show up on the paper

I do not think it is illegal but when you have it developed, you never can really tell as to whose hands they will end up with. Just get yourself a digital camera. Keep your pics just between the two of you.

No. But some commercial film developers might object to developing nude photos and refuse your business; ask them first.

No, it isn't illegal. You can get them developed anywhere, but know that hte clerks will probably look! And both you and your husband should be over 18 too... which I assume isn't a problem.

I would get a digital camera and be done with it. At least you have more options that way and will have that question put away for good.

I heard this same thing... but i guess it's not illegal if you're over 18... but to be safe, I would ask someone in the photolab to the place you wanna get them developed
it's gonna be weird walking in to pick them up

Simply asked the photo shop you generally take them to, by phone, I'm sure they can answer you question, if they don't then try others, just be honest ehee and tell them some friend asked you to call for them ehee
