I moved to arizona and came back to michigan for a vacation and got a D.U.I. and lost my drivers lisence for a year now I have to go back to Az. can I still drive there?

No. You don't have a valid driver's license and aren't allowed to drive anywhere.

NO, you can go to another state and get a driver's license there, it is done all the time so people can still drive. The DVM is not covered nation wide on driving offenses.

You need to check with your DMV, but most likely you'll have to get an SR22, and a reinstatement. Then you'll again have to pass a written and drive test. I have never gotten a DUI, but I DID get suspended for not having insurance. My SR22 was inexpensive, but I've heard that for DUI's they cost quite a bit...Good luck!

no about 5 or 10 yrs ago it was state by state but know if it gets suspended anywhere you can't drive. sorry they suspended mine for 6 months one time i thought that time would never pass!

To answer your question it is yes even though it is another state all they have to do is punch your name in the computer and it will show them that it is suspended from another state so be real careful

was the ticket on your cali lic. or did you get a AZ lic. ? If on the cali lic. you will have to pay go to court on your own and tell the judge you are a struggling student who had a judgement error and alot of times they will show mercy lower the fee etc... just never say you didnt do anything they hate it, and will max you out I know i have made the mistake now Iam humble pie in the face of the man good luck.

No. You are not allowed to drive until you get all your fines and penalties taken care of.

No... all 50 states have a reciprocal agreement. You can't drive anywhere.
