Traffic tickets wrote are usually assigned a court date at the bottom of the citation. If not,I would call the court clerk of that agency and get one real soon. Depends where the citation is issued, such as City, State or County, Courts are different in each of these respects. But, don't wait on theme to call you....you may wind up with a suspended DL...cause of a no show.

The traffic ticket normally lists a date and time on the ticket.

in most states there is a 15 day window to serve court orders however they can take up too 30 days and no more

well, usually they'll write what day you should appear right on your ticket...
