The law on magic mushrooms has changed. Mushrooms or any fungus containing psilocin or an ester of psilocin have been brought under the Misuse of Drugs Act and are now class A. This came into force July 18 2005.

So consquences would be the same as any class A drug.

If you get caught with mushrooms on you I'm sure there would be some kind of action taken however mild.
If you're actually ON shrooms but have none in your possession I don't think there's anything they can do.

you will probally get a fine for possesion which won't cost too much as far as fines go, maybe $500.00 for you first offense. I can't be sure because I don't know what state you are in or the laws there.

up to last year over 18's can try them legally in the UK

but now they are totally illegal - so please don't take them!!
at least not in the UK - go to Amsterdam they are legal there

As you are under 16 even if you don't get caught the price is much higher - it could ruin your life if you get addicted!!

Depends where you are. I only got a slap on the wrist in CA. Other states are much more harsh

That would depend on where you live. I believe the laws change from country to county, state to state and so on.

depends on your state....usually possession of drugs such as what you are talking about can be considered intent to sell/distribute..whether you intend to or not..id leave it alone altogether if i were you...its not worth it to find out
