human beings keep asking this question. that's impossible for them to pull you over for NO reason. they do no longer do issues spontaneously. their bodies do no longer immediately react. whilst they end you, they have a reason. Now, you need to no longer in basic terms like the reason, or trust the reason. yet, for some purpose of their minds, they stopped you. perhaps they did no longer like the colour of your hair, or they theory you looked a drug addict. It would not rely if the reason replaced into valid or no longer, if fact learn that in the event that they stopped you, that they had a reason. Now,a s for the validity of the reason, there are hundreds of valid reasons an officer interior the U. S. can end a automobile. interior the U. S., driving is privilege, no longer a superb. And, that's a threat which you do no longer in basic terms like the reason, or that it is not a in all threat permissible reason. that still would not do away with they actuality the Police made a wide awake selection to end you. The events which you defined above sound like completely valid reasons to me. yet, i'm no longer from Australia, and that i do no longer understand Australian rules.

Why would you accuse them of sexual harassment? You're a moron. If you weren't doing anything in the first place you wouldn't mind a few minute delay in 'your life' or lack of in your case. There's always a reason why you're pulled over, from matching a description to suspicious behavior. When sexual harassment does come up, they DO review video and audio tapes taken from the police vehicle. You're going to be caught in your lies and arrested for filing a false report. Grow up.

It wasn't sexual harassment, it was terminal stupidity in NC years ago (1998, I think). I was doing 25 in 35 in torrential rain on a visit (I lived in Germany). The cop said I was going too SLOW! Then he spend about 20 minutes running checks on my identification. I was not a happy camper and he kept on asking me stupid questions. Finally he asked me what I did for a living. When I told him I was a reporter (which was true), he immediately handed me my driver's license and car rental paperwork and said "Have a nice evening, sir." Just incredible!
