For the same reason they can't be castrated - you'd get folk moaning about breaching their human rights, civil liberties etc, though if you ask me, you commit a sexual offence, you give up your right to be treated like a human being

because not every sex offender on the planet actually hurt anyone. People get put on that list for being 18-19 with a 16 year old partner. Do you think this is a reason to be monitored for life? Just try and say you have never dated any one a year or two younger than you, at any age. Do you feel it was wrong? Would you liked to be tracked for life because of it? When i was 16 I had a 15 year old boyfriend, if we had both been 2 years older i would be legally a sex offender, but was i doing anything wrong? Perhaps repeat child molesters or violent rapist should be tagged or monitored, but before you go and ask questions like this do some research on the laws and how many offenders are actually bad people or even re-offend. You like most people have grouped all offenders into one lump catagory, are you aware there are children as young as 6 on the registry? tell me what you think a 6 year old child could do to qualify as an offender for life?

Well now there will be people saying that is against human rights.. so why even go threw the trouble.. bad enough people are complaining that it is not right for Megan's law website to show pictures because it invades there privacy...........
2 freaking bad they invade there own privacy the second they commit a sexual crime. Megan's law has updated pictures from all of them around the USA.. its the best site that was ever created... i even found a ex b/f on there that i had no idea about.. made me sick! now when he comes around again i am going to tell him... i know what u did 7 years ago you sick..............................
I think they all should have there dicks* cut off and given to the family so the family could burn there dicks* in front of them.. and then beat the living crap out of the dirty boy whyle he is still bleeding... and if the family is not into getting even that way they can just blow his head off..
anyway here is the site.

Because that would cost money and take up the police time-and there both 2 busy arresting groups of kids wearing hoodies 2 give a $hit about what the sex offenders get up to...obviously its only us, the public, that worry about our kids!?
If the goverment, police, council etc were bothered, why would they re house these vvankers in houses or flats that back on to childrens play parks, behind primary schools etc?
Tagging them is an idea, at least they would be traced...doesnt mean they cant reoffend though.
chop there dicks off and do the test in there eyes that humans do on bunnies!!

Whilst this is a good idea, I tend to agree with the more harsh ideas. Why do the judges etc. not seem to realise that the victims have to live with what has happened to them for the WHOLE of their lives. The offenders get a couple of years inside at most!!

It is a blatant disregard for the victims. And many find it so hard to cope that they turn to drink and drugs - this in turn can damage their lives and their relationships. At the extreme, they become criminals themselves to fund their drink and drugs habits - in a bid to forget what happened to them - and perhaps even take their own lives - either on purpose or accidentally.

It is time the governments and courts started listening to the victims and NOT making a big deal about the HUMAN RIGHTS of these animals who RUIN lives.

Some are given life for 1st degree rape, others who Kill also get life for 1st degree murder. Different states or countries have varied laws. At one time for instance drunk drivers who cause accidents in Saudi Arabia were shot.
A large portion of sex offenders were sexually abused themselves, which contributed to their unemphatic behavior. Not all sex offenders have committed Rape, streaking is a sex offense, and so is Mooning.
Hatred and revenge are motivation for many types of criminal behaviors. All criminals should be punished but our laws should not be based on Hatred and Revenge.
It is a fact that "Convicted sex offenders" have one of the lowest criminal repeat rates of any criminal behavior, and after incarceration, many of their victims forgive them and live very productive lives, why can't you?
Don't make the mistake of reliving the hurt and anger on a daily basis, it will consume you. Get help, if you have and it didn't help, find another source, preferably not a hatemonger type.

What difference would it really make? so they are tagged, people breach their tagging orders daily and get away with it, a tag will never stop a further crime taking place either so I just don't see the benefits outweighing the cost. Castration on the other hand is very cost effective........

Because some idiot in Brussels thinks it might be against their human rights - I say scrap the human rights bill or leave Europe! Blair will never be able to change the balance in favour of the victims until one of those two is done, nobody can go against the machine that is Brussels.

a pint of bromine a day is the answer, and I'm being nice. Personally if any of these"people" hurt a child , how can any one justify them being allowed to walk this lovely planet of ours, Oh i remember , theres a "human rights" brigade. Well lets see how their opinion would change if it was one of their kids (hope it never happens)
