A parolee who has just got a violation of breaking the special conditions will they still get to serve half time or straight time?

They will have to serve the original full sentence.

Laws differ from state to state. In addition, much depends upon WHY the parole was revoked - if it is merely a technical offense (no new crime was alleged to have been committed) generally no additional time is added to the sentence. However, in some states, the revocation board can rule that whatever time the parolee was out on parole doesn't count - they sometimes call that Street Time Loss - so if a person was out on release status for 300 days with no problems, but gets revoked, that 300 days doesn't count towards completion of the sentence.

Again, states are all different in how they award any "good time credits", so your best bet would be to contact the parole authorities in your state and ask them.

the one that determines that is the parole board
most of the the time you violate you do one year flat..some times when a parolee has a wetness to help his case the wetness gets served to parole board Herring then if not guilty the inmate will get released....
