If i'm at a party with minors, just THERE, however have not drank a single drink.

yes, if you are a minor in possession , serving alcohol to minors,etc. the list goes on

It depends upon your age and what state you are in. Some states have public intoxication laws as well as minor in possesion( but bear in mind if you are between the ages of 18 and 21 you are still considered a minor as far as alcohol charges go)

If a officer of the law thinks you are under in the Influnence of liquor he will take u to the pokey for another Test....and if found guilty they will inpound your car...Tix...take away your license and pay hefty fines

you can be charged in different ways if you are an adult you can be charged with contributing alcohol to minors drunk or sober, public intox,
