In answering I have to refer to my past answer to your past question. It is only an arrestable offence to smack a child when it leaves a mark. As to the bail rearrest; If he is on bail and breaks the conditions of that bail he should be chaged with the offence of breaking bail. You only get to do it once, the aressting officer and sergant must be letting it slide dur to the emotional nautre of the situation. he is lucky in that respect

Oh my, are we asking this question because we're in trouble with the police??
As for your answer to my Aussies and beer question, you can just shut your mouth and drink your d*m* tea down your nostrils. You're not an Aussie so why do you care?

Bail is indefinite, yet as you probably did not do it there is not any longer some thing to fret about. what i stumble upon exciting is the very actuality they did the abduction then again the vehicle. very courteous for criminals. wish they get what's coming to them
