I just got in a minor parking accident. While backing out i did not see anyone. Coast was clear. I was out of the parking. I looked in the rear view mirror and no one was there. I was about to drive forward but i was blocked. The person in front wanted my parking slot. I was stuck so i pulled back. a little more trying to make way. Then i hit someone. My back right corner of my 2007 civic was hit and the persons 1995 paseo was hit in the front fender left side . It seems she was pulling out too. Her car was almost clear of her parking slot when i backed up slowly (i just let go of the break) She was hit at an angle, and not bumper to bumper. I did not stop my car from rolling. I think its her fault because 1 i didnt get a warning honk. 2 because she shoulda seen me backing up. And stay in her spot. Whos fault?

It really puzzles me, so how is this even a debate in this country? Im confused as to how it even started, because I know their used to be a lot more late term abortions, which should make it more obvious, that something was wrong.

Especially late term abortions? Its ok to kill a child, possibly have his head just sitting off to the side somewhere, and somehow a person with MD in his name, feels ok doing that?

Abortionists are no better than a Nazi

If youve ever aborted a baby, or consented to have yours aborted with no regrets, DONT YOU EVER IN YOUR LIFE, even consider yourself a decent person, because your a murderer, you should be on death row, you are no better, not in the slightest, you deserve to die.

I apologize to anyone who's read my previous 2 questions, but I have found this site and want to make sure I am understanding it correctly. I am copy and pasting the first sentence, there is too much to post on here, but will give the link in case someone out there wants to help me out and make sure I am correct. It says, under the Unmarried Cohabitants, link "If the parents are unmarried, the child is the child of his/her mother." Does this mean I have sole custody, or what exactly?

I am in a difficult boat right now. I left from my previous employer and have documentation of them harassing and discriminating against me (all the way to the CEO). Unfortunately my suit isn't in a 'protected class', so I was going to release it to the media in hopes to enlighten the community and tarnish their reputation. I told them that I wouldn't want to and am willing to make an offer. The CEO wrote me back wondering what my offer was.

As I have not discussed money what-so-ever at this point, I'm not sure if it would be considered blackmail and then they would sue me back.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks.

My friend Tyler is 17 and a half years old. His male cousin who is two years younger accused him of a first degree felony of rape. His cousin claims it happened several times and even in his sleep. There is no evidence, and no witnesses. The cops held Tyler for a day and decided to let him off on probation. Tyler ended up taking a plea bargain and will be pleading guilty to gross sexual imposition (a fourth degree felony) His court date is coming up.. how long do you think he will get for this?

I wanted to know is it possible to sue for being a homeworker. I live in Florida and my Step- Dad hurt himself on the job very seriously. He was life flighted to a hospital and today he recieved flowers from a woman my Mother caught him cheating with years ago, thing is the woman's sister told my Mother recently that the two were still involved. The nurse brought the flowers to the room stating who the were from (the other woman!) my Mother burst out in tears. My family has been going through a lot of problems especially my Mother and Step- Father arguing and not having a good relationship for the past few years. My Mother wanted prior to this to get a divorce. I would like to know if you could sue and what kind of lawyer would I have to contact to help with my Mother. We want to do it the legal way to keep my Mother out of jail from confronting the homewrecker.

If in the face of the earth would you

kill
steal
sexually abuse

other poeple if there were no laws for it therefore when you do do it you would not be in trouble or go to jail.

Think all the stories you hear now about all the poeple that get in troble for killings, stealings, and abuse.

Imagine if there were NO laws how would you think this would rise?

I was recently laid off from my job and have already filed for unemployment. I have always worked a full 40 hour work week. At the same time I am also enrolled full time in college taking 12 credits. Several people have told me that since I am also enrolled in school that I won't be able to collect. This doesn't seem fair at all since I have always worked full time as well. Does anyone know the rules regarding this situation? Any help is appreciated.

by signing some kind of legal document at teh court house or something. Even if the person s an adult. Basically it is some psycho parents of a friend of mine...she does not have problem...got in trouble in the past but they will not let her live it down. They told her they were going to send her to rehab...they were gonna go to the court house or something. I didn't think they could do something like that to an adult against their will.....or can they?

I answered an ad on Craigslist a week or so ago about some puppies that were "for adoption."

The guy called me back and was talking about the dogs and said this was his "fourth batch" from this particular mother and when he went into detail, I found out that she was actually being bred to her brother from another litter. He claims the breeding has been an "accident" but after 4 times, he should be able to figure out how to stop it and the fact that he has her AND her brother from two seperate litters leads me to believe he also owns their mother.
