my state md., is a no tolerance drug state...i understand ca. and or. are more lax but what about alaska ? they are part of u.s. yet they follow canada law on thc, two plants per household allowed. what is your state like and whats the deal here ? i don't quite get it.

You'll probably stay confused. Many legislators are. It's mostly a states' issue, but the feds seem to like to stick their noses in and step on state mandates.

Some major things are under federal law but local states and even cities have their own variations. In Mo they have gotten tougher and are no tolerance drug state.

Most laws in our country are decided by each state, so they are not the same from state-to-state in a lot of cases.
It is called the federal system, and "states rights".

Federal law supercedes all other law. But some states still try to run their own game. For example, in California, medical marijuana is allowed per state law, but per federal law, it is still illegal. Creates a little bit of a conundrum for us.
