The maintenance people at my townhouse always come to work on things while we are not there. It seems to me that they wait until we are gone to do the work. Is this legal? Doesn't the rental property have to give tenants some sort of notice before they enter the property? I just don't feel comfortable having these people in my home when we're not there and ecspecially without me knowing about it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. And if it is illegal, can you point me in the right direction so I can have a reference to show them.

Contract law regulates everything from buying a bus ticket to trading swaptions on a derivatives market.

Property law defines rights and obligations related to buying, selling, or renting real property such as homes and buildings.

Trust law applies to assets held for investment, such as pension funds.

Tort law allows claims for compensation when someone or their property is harmed.

If the harm is criminalised in a penal code, criminal law offers means by which the state prosecutes and punishes the perpetrator.

Constitutional law provides a framework for creating laws, protecting people's human rights, and electing political representatives,

while administrative law allows ordinary citizens to challenge the way governments exercise power.

International law regulates affairs between sovereign nation-states in everything from trade to the environment to military action.

If a married woman refuses to have sex with her husband unless he buys her something, is she a hooker? Should she be arrested?

Suppose they're just engaged?

Suppose they're just dating?

Suppose they just met? What makes a hooker a hooker?

If the hooker is not on the street, not in public, is she breaking a law?

A few people think equality is here. But Conservative Saudis say women shouldn't be allowed to go wherever they like, when they like, and be seen by males. What would you do if it was illegal for you to drive? http://ap.google.com/article/ALeqM5gPiYDjd9mbpzIj_FDIElwd0rgJ0A

my neighbor feed my dog antifreeze and poisoned food on his property and killed him. The police won't do anything about it because it was "on this property and we live in the country" What laws other than animal cruelty can we hold against this man? He also leaves out the antifreeze to kill off all other animals, he said, "we need to be more like China and control our animal population." He came out and admitted to what he did, but the police won't get invovled, what can we do? We live on 6 acres of property, if you live out on land, you would think the people around would live there for the nature and animals, but not this man, so I need help to strike back. We just learned that he was the reason for our previous dog dying 4 years ago.

Legal Question.

How to sue someone on a per se action.

You know that you get the pop ups on “Free Plasma TV”

We all know that nothing is free. BUT I am sick of seeing these pop ups.

I am under the beliefs that less than 99% ever see that TV, IPOD, XBOX or whatever else might be given away for “Free”

Most of these services require that you sign up for offers where they get paid for the referrals and this is how they make their money. If you give up at any time then they made some money and you are not getting your “Free item”

I signed up for an e-mail account just for 1 company that offered such an item. In the last week I have received over 150 pieces of spam.

I did quit at a point of the requirements for several reasons.
1) These offers that you have to sign up for require that you give your credit card information and pay for that service.
2) If the company that is offering the “Free” TV is on the up and up basis they should be able to tell me how far I got in the process.

MY QUESTION is ::
Where and what do I need to do to obtain the forms for suit. I know that if I go Per se the cost of suing someone is not that much money.

I will be asking for their records and let them know that I will be contacting each of their affiliates to see how they should be playing a role. It says in one of their policys that if you complete an application that company will let them know. This is a major company and I do not see that happening.

So what do I need to do to file and get their records and poss. Bleed into a class action suit.

Just tired of all the pop ups so finally going try something.

Thank you for any information that you can provide.

there is a protest to uphold 6 thugs who lynched a kid what if the situation was reversed and the white people protested, would there be riots? would the good rev. sharptongue have more people protesting than what he does now? he and the naacp would be pushing for hate crimes and life sentences thats gauranteed. why is there not a counter protest, are white people scared or smart and allow the law to do there jobs. blacks need to drop the race card, accept the penalties for their actions and life would be better. how does it make the white kid feel knowing that there is thousands of black people condoning his beating and trying to lessen the penalties of the thugs that gave it to him and to top it all that idiot sharpton or sharptongue is taking it to washington so he can play the race card . people help me understand is this wrong or right

I work for a chinese food place and they pay me $6 under the counter, there are bugs and cockroaches everywhere and they have been found in the food. I have a feeling the people working in the kitchen are here in the U.S. illegally and they get paid $1 an hour!! We're not allowd to claim our tips they go to the cooks, and if we do they accuse us of stealing. The minimum wage in NH is $6.50, as of september first and we're not seeing anything of it (my co-worker and i). We're giving our 2 weeks tomorrow but want to tell the police about these horrid conditions we've been working in. Is there any way we could get in trouble for working under the table, we're both minors and scared of the out come. Thanks for reading.

Is this illegal? shredding someone else's mail?
i recently moved out of a house. i didn't get my adress changed yet and was still recieving mail there. the lady that rents the place called and left a message on my phone saying she had recieved some of my mail insurance documents and letters from the dmv. i didn't give her permission to open any of them. she told me that she needed my address so she can forward them to me, which was also in the message. i recently talked to one her kids which told me she had shreded them. is this illegal? should i press charges? she left this all on my voice mail too.

With the rebirth of the Civil Rights Movement, I am inclined to do more to foster strength in awareness. Please share with me stories that the media dropped.
I live in Portland, Oregon, which is 70% liberal, though injustice occurs here too. My own tribute is to Kendra James. She was shot to death by the Portland Police Department for a traffic violation. I want to represent more that Black & White. No matter the ethnicity of your story, it counts! Please let it count here. I look forward to hearing from all who reply. Please include facts and resources. My ultimate plan is to design a graphic t-shirt that supports civil rights and includes the names of all who have been lost within "the system". Again, please be as specific as possible so I can research and include the loved one with all details and honesty.

All are Welcome.

Peace is the reason,
Be love

Here it is:

Hello thing55000,
You have received a message from another user!

From: vitalsign77

Subject: Look here you ******* ****

Message: You are ******* with the wrong ****** whore, you report me one more time on yahoo and i will tear your ******* heart out and choke your kids to death with it.

~*~

Strong stuff, eh, especially the bit about feeding my asterisks to my children. The asterisks came with the email, don't know if it was him or Yahoo's own filters.

The 'Question' was a solicitaion for a female to join him and his slave-woman for sex. I said I was reporting him for advertising, and got this message after the question was deleted.

Other emails I receive (even from the guys in Women's Studies who can be so naughty) have always been courteous, even in serious disagreement!

The question was deleted promptly, which shows that Yahoo's system does work. I've sent them a copy of this too, for giggles (and action)!

Guess I'm not his type!

This guy has been hired at the hotel where I work as security and he was let go for sexual harassment from a previous position. I know this because I am friends with his former co-workers and am friends with a friend whos friend was the one who was sexually harassed. I've kept my mouth shut and the guy doesn't know that I know (as far as I know because he didn;t know me until we inroduussed ourselves). He used to be a DJ at a bar and that's how I know who he is. Should I let mangment know or just let his go.

btw, what he did was take off a girl panties at the bar while she passed out on the stairs in the bar. He wasn't charged but just fired. I heard this long before he was hired at my work place through my friends.

What should I do?
