He is very old and he tells us he is freezing at night. He mentioned a site called "access" but he is not very computer literate and was unable to give us more details. Any help could very well save an old man's innocent life.
Thank you for your help.

I live in CA. We voted yes overwhelmingly over 10 years ago.
The Feds make it nearly impossible for cities to allow new dispensaries, because the existing ones are being shut down.
Knowing someone with HIV, I know for a fact the healing properties of marijuana. Shouldn't the Feds be doing something more constructive like say...Securing our borders?
Thoughtful comments only, Thanks!

My daughter age 18 talk to a magazine company called, and in asking her some questions, and mentioned that this conversion will be recorded.

Not being aware of this mess, she agreed and said yes to questions they were asking her.

They now sends her these magazines, that she has absolutely no interest or concern about at all; and they told her that she can't cancel from this agreement; although she can change the magazine to something else, but she can't cancel until she pay the entire balance of $395.95

Sometimes young people get on the telephone and make mistakes like this, and some heartless people and companies hold young people bound to these kind of not meant to be mistakes.

We hadn't sent this magazine company one dime, and don't attend to; but they keep calling and sending these magazines, although we told them number of times to stop sending them, their not listening!

What now must we do, go to legal aid or such, Etc?

Need your suggestions on this please!

I have not worked in over a year because my doctor had placed me on restrictions and parial disability. My job did not have any work for me based on those restrictions. Once the doctor lifts those restrictions, is my employer (where I was injured) obligated to take me back and find me a position? If I have no more restrictions?

I go see a lawyer on Friday to pay the retainer fee and do my consultation, but I was wondering if it was possible to get sole custody of my son. My sons father is sitting in jail on numerous drug charges, he lived with a felon and was cought with 29 grams of meth and 9.9 grams of cocaine. I want to be able to cut him out of mine and my sons life. Is it possible that a judge will go for this? I live in Nebraska. Should I ask my lawyer if I can do this, or not even try if it wont even happen? My lawyer is a former JAG lawyer, and my hubs is in the military and we want him to be able to adopt my son.

I occasionally run into police officers and EMT personnel who believe in a right to dignity that supersedes the First Amendment and I shouldn't take pictures of people in accidents. Is there a right to be treated with dignity in the U.N. Charter?

by regulating what chain restaurants are allowed to put in their food, ie., transfat, saturated fat, etc?

My opinion is, I don't want it to come to government regulation, but I do want to see this junk taken out of the foods.

If the restaurants do not take this stuff out of their foods voluntarily, then I don't care if the government regulates it.

It would be good to be able to sit down at a restaurant and eat a meal, other than a salad, and not eat 10 grams of transfat and 12 grams of saturated fat. It's ridiculous.
