How can someone who has registered a Trademark oppose another Trademark that is nearly the same? When the other party Trademark is put out for public opposition,how does someone oppose the mark without hiring an attorney?Let me know.
Remeber I had my Trademark registered first under a specific Class. Now someone else wants to register their Trademark under the same class and their mark is nearly the same.For example: Say my mark is "emusic" and theirs is "imusic" under he same class.

I have been subpoena'd to a deposition involving an accident I witnessed over two years ago. I am not directly involved in this suit and can't afford to loose work over this. Is there anyway to claim "hardship" or other avenue to rid myself of this issue?

Recently a trio of these wig wearing nits pretended that they had decided not to deport the Italian murder of the headmaster Stephen Lawrence. They were covering up for the government by trying to conceal that a recent EU Directive stated that foreign nationals committing a serious criminal offence was no longer sufficient reason for deporting them.

A Polish rapist will also escape deportation thanks to the unelected crooks of the EU.

Surely the sole purpose of law is to protect the innocent?

They used to burn witches at the stake, perhaps we should resurrect the process but burn the bent lawyers, judges and politicians instead?

Nice to see that Brown is carrying on New Labour's tradition of lying through his dentures.

Perhaps the sentence could be extended for convicts who are discovered smoking in prison. Think of all the lives that will be saved!!!

Politicians make decisions that effect our every day lives. But they are never drug tested.
A applicant for a minimum wage job has to take a drug test and his job does not impact our lives.

Politicians should not be allowed to use any type of drug or alcohol while in office. If they have a medical condition that requires mind altering drugs they should be forced to resign.

my husband has not yet adopted her, we are just waiting on the money.
we have been married for 2 years now and she calls him daddy and knows him as that.
If i was to die, would she legally be allowed to stay with him if the adoption is not through yet?
or would she go to my parents or what would happen?

All. My GF was recently served papers - she is being sued by the family of a person who was killed by an underage drunk driver. My GF was drinking with the underage person. She has taken legal advice and will need to give a deposition. We are planning to marry etc and i would like this resolved before we do. How long approximately will it take for this issue to be closed - will it be months or years? Appreciate advice. P.

my ex is a lousy con man. he told me he would pay for a ticket i had for me not to worry. then he also told me he had opened one credit card with my name on it. come to found out he never paid the ticket and i had a warrant out and then also come to found out he changed my address without my permission and also has opened up 5 credit cards in my name without my signature and he left me 6 very verbal abusive messages on my phone. one of them he said i should do everybody a favor and put a gun to my own mouth and pull the trigger. so do you think i should get a restraint order on him or should i go straight to the DA or my brother-in-law who is a lawyer to get all this mess straightened opinions really need and honest ones. the worst thing i said to him is he was a toothless hobo who had no place to stay. also i have changed my phone number because he was sending like 20 text message a day he would not lea

I signed the consent to be able for the officer to search my home for a firearm only.and the officer's found other items and took it.can this be done? I refuse to sign it at first and the police threat me? If other things were found there taking my kids.Is this right?and how long is the consent paper I signed last for? and also the person who the police was searching for was found by radius,what does this mean? I'll explain...you get divorced and you get the costudy of your kids but you want to go to live in another state, and your ex demands you to stay so he can visit his kids(supervised), because he can't travel a long distance to see the kids because of his job...can he obligue me to stay using a legal resource?..note:. he gets supervised visitation because of mental disorder(not severe)(and overdose of xanax) and drug use(not enough to be considered dangerous but just needs to be supervised during visitation)...can he demand me to stay?

If you were made a Trustee against your will and did not agree with the terms of the Will though Probate has been granted would you go to court to contest it? Do you HAVE to do what was requested of you.......I did not want to do this and specifically said that I did not want to do it but was presented with it after the person had died.

Against Yahoo for discrimination and violation of First Amendment Rights, based on unjustified suspension of Yahoo Answers' accounts. I am looking for people that have been suspended from Yahoo before for "abuse", and have written e-mails asking for further information, I would need saved copies of these e-mails.
