i'm not talking about relgiously, im talking about politically... i have my own opinion, and i was just looking to see what other people thought... like for those who are against it... why do you think you have a right to decide for the parent? and for those who are for it... why do you think the parent has the right to decide for the child?

Ok, this can NOT be legal...I just found a website and it is horrible...
http://www.trosch.org/com/dx5-with.htm
How could someone possibly do that? I just do not understand this at all....I have never heard of it...but is this still legal?? This is a fairly old site I believe so just wondering.
If it IS still legal how is that NOT considered murder? If the baby is clearly struggling...??? For the question...Is it legal now? Thanks in advance.

Prisons are overcrowded and a lot of times do not work. Branding some one as an out law used to mean that person has no protection under the law and any one can do anything to do and it would be legal. What do you think?

My sister's friend told me she got a call from a police officer and told her to come to the station because he wants to ask her some questions about a police investigation. She doesnt know what to do, so is he obligated to have to take time off work and go in for something that most likely has nothing to do with her? If she doesent go in what would happen?

I work in a retail environment and most of the employees and manager have been trying to get this older lady to retire for years (she's approximately 75). The other day a colleague of mine knocked on the bathroom door; there was no response so she walked into the restroom. She goes into find the 75 year old lady sitting on the toilet! This is the third time my colleague has found the older lady using the bathroom without the door locked and not replying to knocks. Could this be construed as sexual harassment on the part of the older lady (maybe she wants people to walk in on her?) Any thoughts?

In the recent current event, Lawyer Jonathan Edington killed his neighbor Barry James because he thought he molested his 2 year old daughter.

If you knew someone who raped your daughter or even your wife/girlfriend would you kill that person?

I've just read in the news that Duke Prosecutor, Mike Nifong, was sentenced to jail for lying to the judge. Even when this prosecutor knew that the three Duke University lacrosse players were innocent. He deliberately tried to mislead the judge and get these guys convicted.
http://www.time.com/time/nation/article/0,8599,1658377,00.html

But what puzzles me is why the woman who falsely accused these players is getting off scott free?

She lied just as much and just as badly as the prosecutor did. And yet only the prosecutor is in trouble with the law and she is not. This doesn't seem fair to me.

I live in an apartment building and neighbor smokes. The smoke gets into my son's room and, despite installing an air filter designed for smoke particles it still seeps in and smells. i can't tell them to stop smoking - it's their home - it's their right.

Is there anyway you know of that i can rectify the situation for the benefit of my young son's health? Can I demand improvements be made to the walls? Do I have any rights as to what carcinogens get into my home?

I want to do a purse with special things on it, and no one has it anywhere (and sorry don't want to give it out for fear of copycat) and was wondering do I HAVE to HAVE a patent, and license. It would be a purse for making life easiter and convenient. No special names, or trademarks or logos necessary.

I mean I don't have $7,000 to spend on a patent, and attorney and other etc......

Tell me do I still need one?

I am a 19 year old Commonwealth of Virginia resident. I want to own a handgun. I know that you have to be 21 to buy a handgun but I heard somewhere that you only have to be 18 to possess a handgun but someone 21 or over has to buy it for you. The reason is because I want to become a law enforcement officer and I am taking a firearms class. So on my free time I want to be able to go to the range, but don't want to use a shotgun or something else kind of big. I want to practice with a handgun but dont know the laws can someone help?

I won a dispute out of small claims court about a month ago,for posesssion of a vehicle, and money that I paid to a mechanic to fix my car...anyhow the ruling disposition asked that the defendant would pay me 1200.00 plus he was ordered by the court to deliver my car, (in which he never did) on 8/15, so he goes and put my car up for lien sale because I owe him storage costs from the 8/15, so I try and go and talk to the defandant to try and pay the storage costs, and he tellls me that he's going to sell the car, and tells me that he will not accept my money for the storage costs, so I go over there with the police, they tell him to give me my car otherwise he would be in violation of a court order, however he has 10 cars which are all salvaged cars blocking my car, and tells me he can't move them, so the police advise me that they cannot make him move his cars and tell me to go back to court, so now I have a notice to go back to court on appeal of the original judgement

Putting aside any moral apprehension or hopes of rehabilitation, how could it be possible for citizens to legally hunt and kill pedophiles? Would this require a decision from the Supremes, a Constitutional change, or could it be a state-by-state decision?

Are there any countries where this is already legal?
