It's a sad day in America when a man is forced by a landlord to vacate his place of business simply because he does not speak SPANISH. Where are ALCU and the ilk like them?

And what do illegal alien CRIMINALS and their supporters have to say about this?

The ACLU only acts in response to constitutional violations -- which means only when the government is acting.

The landlord is not a govt agency -- hence it cannot be a constitutional violation.

It's a lousy thing to have happen -- and he has a good claim for discrimination under federal civil rights laws -- but it's not a constitutional violation because the govt isn't the one evicting him.

As far as the "ilk like them" -- he did get an offer from a very prominent civil rights attorney who does handle federal civil rights cases -- he turned the guy down.

The landlord owns the place the other man doesn't. If the landlord doesn't want him staying there then he has to leave.

The ACLU rarely helps English speaking Americans unless they are a minority.
