No. How many parts to cover depends on each particular woman's wants, needs, and her own level of comfort.

I don't think. I've been a swim team for over 10 years. Back in highschool 10 years ago, I would everyone wearing speedos at the pool. I remember on state meets, I would over 200 guys in speedos at the sports club walking, eating in the cafetria in their speedos.
Today, I see guys wear trunks, even if they on a swim team. I go to the states meets, and now everyone is wearing trunks, and they put pn a shirt now.
This season, I started seing a lot of guys wearing swim-T-shirts, guys aren't even shirtlesss no more.
I go the beach now, and I see guys with big trunks, while girls wear bikinis.
So no, I don't think women cover up more. It's men who cover up more.

If they are supposed to, I see no evidence of it. Walk down any street and you'll see that most men are pretty well covered up. On the other hand, many women wear clothing that leaves very little to the imagination. If guys dressed as tastelessly as women often do, you'd see a lot of males walking around wearing tight pants that leave little to the imagination as to what's in their pants. And taking a cue from women, they would wear really short skirts with a portion of their scrotums showing, much the same way women reveal cleavage. Thank God that men are so much more demure than women are!

Certainly, and I agree with the comments to date. As a guy, yes, its nice to observe women femininely dressed for the occasion, aware of their attributes and dressing to endorse them. However, I would suggest a little appreciation is considered when it comes to beach wear. In many instances panties are too sketchy and show little regard for modesty or the imagination. Most women just might as well be naked. It more than obvious women have to shave to fit into them - the pubic region more often than not partially exposed which I consider is too much. I myself prefer to see panties / shorts covering the entire area, albeit short, and its certainly more attractive!
That said, I do indeed enjoy women dressed to their best and portraying themselves. I just don't enjoy my imagination being shattered!
