There are some categories of offenses that are not subject to bail -- in other words, no bail is available, period. The one that springs to mind is violation of a domestic violence restraining order. You can't bond out. You set there till you see the judge, period.

Bail is a deposit paid to the court, to ensure (provide a financial incentive) that a defendant will return for trial.

Bail may be denied where the defendant is considered such a flight risk that no amount of money will guarantee their appearance at trial.

it means that there is no bail for the case so you do not get to bail out
