I conduct allot of transactions via internet and some through pay pay. Let's not kid ourselves folks pay pal is there to serve there best intrest and thats it. I need to figure out a way to sue these people to get my money back. on another note I filed a claim throught paypal and they refunded me 200.00 but I'm still owed 387.00. They can not do anything else for me they say because they have met the terms of there agreement and if the person sends in 387.00 they will forward it to me......Ya right.. any help would be great

One lawyer said in Canada the law protects me & I don't have to pay, the credit card company says the contract states if the PIN is used then I'm accountable for this debt. This has ruined my credit rating & has gone to a collections company, they said I would lose the fight & have to pay so I should settle now with them and pay $10,700 and everything would be fixed.
Any legal advise on this would be greatly appreciated.

they even go to court to have the custody of the child and then they will ask the court to pay for the child support.in the first place women are at fault.if the father of ur child raped u he is liable for support. because the child is unwanted, but if u open up and u are satisfied during ur sexual intercourse then its okey.

Our neighborhood is being terrorized by a teenage drug abuser whose family moved into our area recently. He had broken into 3 homes shortly after they moved in - was arrested, but now is out on bail and pretty much doing whatever he wants whenever he wants while the parents turn a blind eye. Their presence in this neighborhood is the direct result of a decision by board members of a local Episcopal church - who moved them into this area, although they were fully aware of the boy's history of drug abuse and crime. (We notice they didn't move him into any of THEIR own neighborhoods....)
We want to send an anonymous letter of formal complaint to the church board members. Not that there would be anything threatening or improper in the letter - but no neighbors want to be personally identified and perhaps draw the ire of the troubled young man and his father.

It was on a bad weather day. The car slid into the other person's lane. The other person got out of the car & was walking around so they weren't hurt that bad. Our insurance company notified us this guy wants $500,000. Our insurance will only cover $100,000. This person hasn't sued us for the money. If they did sue & win how would we pay them? Has anyone ever had this happen to them? Will the court system set up a payment plan or what?

Firstly, Muslims in India were theoretically all supposed to leave India in 1947 when partition took place. They stayed in India, knowing very well that they would be living in a Hindu majority country and one which was to be a western styled secular democracy with political, social and economic freedoms for its citizens.

So why, then, do they feel they have a right to issue fatwas, pass religious death sentences and take the law into the their own hands. When India already has its own established legal constitution which each and every Indian (irrespective of religion) is subject to, who the hell gives them the right to undermine the Indian constitution and pass death sentences and undertake what they perceive to be their own perverted view of Justice???

Do You Agree That The Indian Government Should Promulgate Official and Formal Legislation, Making It A Crime For Any Imam And Any Muslim Organisation To Issue Fatwas???

Anyone found guilty of this, should be penalised.
