The law says once a legal adoption takes place that child is no longer legally associated with the birth parents in any way at all. You would not be entitled to anything belonging to the birth parents, unless it was stipulated in a legal will. Even if there is no will, you have no claim at all on any property, it would be whoever is legally the next of kin, those people could make a claim if the person died intestate, (no written will).

No. until especially listed interior the will, the newborn has no rights to the valuables as their first mom and dad at the instant are not their criminal kin. to boot, kin of the 1st mom and dad could have the will contested leaving out any beneficiaries consisting of young toddlers accompanied out. As yet another poster pronounced, there are some exemptions that have been made in help of older toddlers taken removed from mom and dad and later accompanied. They notice to any accompanied toddlers in spite of the shown fact that.

Unlikely, but without a will, it's possisble. Would depend on if he/she had a current spouse or other biological children, who were or are under his care, and not adopted out, among other things.
