i have talk to 9 lawyers no one wonts to take my case cause its privet insurance instead of work mens comp

Private insurance companies have mega bucks and a whole slew of lawyers on their unlimited payrolls and must be used to justify their big salaries. An independent lawyer and client wouldn't stand a chance.

It's hard to know, but it may be that they don't think you have a case. Despite the perceptions, attorneys won't take just any case. Generally, they won't if there is no cause of action. In Southern California, there are plenty of attorneys who will take on private insurance companies.

There could be many reasons. Here are two that come to mind:
1. You don't have the case you think you do
2. The amount of time and money to pursue the case is excessive as compared to the expected return.
