Such Fatwa’s have no legal value at all. It is only religious order for Muslims who want to follow it. Any fatwa relating to killing a person or any killing based on such fatwa will face the same consequence which any other murder. Any killing whether it is culpable homicide amounting to murder or not is punishable offence under the Indian Penal Code, any person instigating such an offence will also be punished for abetment. Any person who feels such fatwa’s has to be followed is a fool & if we have few million fools out of 1 billion people then it’s not a bad ratio what I fell. As for banning these Muslims organizations from issuing such fatwa’s are concerned it will be amounting to interfering in the religious matters of Muslim religion which they enjoy under Article 26 of the constitution of India, unless such orders effects the public order, morality and health, & in such cases I already stated the Indian Criminal as well Civil law is there to deal with these people. No special law is needed for such people & their acts of issuing fatwa’s or following them.

First of all the Law, the law-makers have a national target and till it is achieved, the law will remain un-amended. Secondly, Secularism is actually not to give any importance to any religious phenomenon, creed or deeds in Constitution, including special religious holidays and considerations. But since Independence, it is seen that every religion (not religion, but religious creeds and beliefs) is given equally important. The stewards of the Constitution did not take care that the religious heads are situated somewhere else and make announcements irrespective of social, geographical, economical or other aspects of the religious followers and their country of origin. Constitution and Law is to maintain the nationality on citizens with national policy. Besides, being a democratic nation, it is not easy to any amendments for severity, but it is easy for liberality. Thus they become more and more liberal by making the social manners more liberal and there, the selfish and crooked takes extra advantages. When the real administration should not allow any culprit to escape, Indian Constitution take care that no non-culprit is punished, (even the real culprit is escaped) of-course on the humanitarian consideration, irrespective of the increasing population. In another say, give incentives to all and take our own share as a citizens right is the solution they found for public acceptability.

My friend, I am not a muslim, but donot distort history. It was Nehru and Jinnah who spearheaded separation based on religion, so that Nehru can rule India. It was a fact. Why should common and innocent muslims leave India, just because Nehru wanted separation.
India would have been great country under one India comprising the present day Pakistan, india, Bangladseh, Afghanistan and possibly Srilanka. Thanks to our great leaders who spearheaed separatism movement, Inida is not divided unable to balance betwee democracy, secularism and capitalism.
Why blame muslims for the problems created by our own hindus. Is it not Hindu politicians supporting muslims and their programs for votes. First discipline ourselves and then comment on other religious practices. Unless there is a mass movement like the islamic revolutio movement of Iran, india will always be under the banner of muslims.

YES. Islam has got no place in democracy.Muslim intelligentsia could not reform Islam.Islam is not a matter of
personal faith it is a sociopolitical organisation. This socio-
political organisation comes into conflict with the established
order of the country. The "fatwas" by Imam and Ulemas are
part of it.Nehru is the culprit who appeased the Muslims.
Now for the maintenance of the vote bank it will be difficult
to eradicate.I do not wholly blame Nehru because foreign
powers earlier and even today want to destabilise the country.

Your question as usual is contradictory.
I havn't heard of any such Fatwa which has ordered a death penalty to any body.
Laxman why do you make such fake stories always.
Instead it is your brand of so called nationalists such as Bajrangis & shivsainiks who are free to take law of land in their hands and feel free to destroy national property every now and then.
They never get punishment for whatever illegal, unethical & criminal activities they do.
And mind it, India is meant for all people be it Hindus or Muslims or whatever.
But certainly not for those who have left India and settled in England like you leaving behind their motherland, just for money.
How nationalistic of you.

Yes, in a republic there should be no room for any personal, sectarian or religious fervour in conflict with the established rule of law and the constitution. Everything otherwise is not acceptable and must be avoided at all cost in public interest. No political or religious group is greater than the republic and has to be within the legal framework.

Yes, I agree, there can be no parellel Govt Or law enforcing agency in country. By Fatwa whether by Muslims or Akhal Takht ( sikhs) is against law of land. These Fatwas encourage anti feelings about other religions.

Muslims have been in in this country since 7th century A.D.
A kerala Hindu Rajah went to Arabia and embrced Islam.Kerala coastline has been frequented by Arab traders. Many Arab traders married Kerala girls and hence they came to be identified as 'Moppilah' (Son-in-law).Thus saints and traders only spread Islam in India.
Jaychander, a Hindu Rajah of Rajasthan invited the Ruler of Afghanistan-Sultan Mohamed Ghori- to settle his score with
the ruler of Jaipur- Pritiviraj Chauhan.
Many Muslims hordes came to India via the Khyber Pass and establish Muslim dynasties. They were welcomed and accommodated by the locals. Thus since 13thcentuiry A.D. Muslims and Hindus have lived together in India.
Baber, who founded the Moghul Empire, decreed that cows should not be slaughtered in public places and the religious sentiments of Hindus should not be affected.Aurangazeb had endowed large funds to Hindu temples. Thus, the two big communities lived together in peaceful coexistence.
The wily British got wise after the Sepoy Mutiny in 1857 and decided to divide the two communities and rule over them.
During the mutiny, Rani of Jhansi's trusted general was Ghulam Ghouse Khan!So Hidus and Muslims, particularly, were like vertical and the lateral threads in India's fabric.
Along with Mahatma Gandhi many Muslims stood firm fought withthe British - Ansaris from Bihar, Kidwais from UP, Khan brothrs of NWFP,Asif Ali,Syed Murtuza from South India and scores of others. Abul Kalam Azad was a minister in the central cabinet till his death.
On the eve of the partition, the entire country was caught up in communal carnage and that led to mass migration of Muslims to Pakistan and Hindus there to India. It was a historical aberration and not a fashion setter.
Those who never joined the mass movement against British imperialism have now come out to write a new history!
They are cehoing the favourite couplet of Savarkar :
"Hindustan hai Hindu ka,
nahi kisi ke baap ka!"
Gandhijigave the impression that
"Hindustan hai hum sabka,
Nahi kisi ek ke baap ka!"
Muslims are part of this land and will be there till the last day
Those who stow fire of hatred in the minds of the youth of India have shown that they create problems but donot solve them. For example Ram Janam bhumi Temple!
Could any Hindu ask the priests not to interfer in political matters? So also no one can take off the divine given right of the Islamic scholar and jurist to issue fatwa.
